Restaurant Nahm resides inside the Como hotel, located at 27 South Sathorn Road, Bangkok, TH 10120. As it is located inside the hotel, you have a wonderful view out over the lit pool area by night.
The interior design is a mix of thai and japanese in a contemporary way. Seating and lighs are just "right" and the atmostphere is sombre.
Nahm is a one star GM restaurant that allows you to actually combine dishes to build up your own tasting menu. As always - these kinds of places almost always offers the same "menu" for all but here you "build your own" experience. You CAN also go with the "à la carte" approach if you don't want to risk it.As an example, you are offered two different paired canapes and can pick one. You are offered 3 entrées and can pick two. There are three soups and you pick one. Three relishes and pick one, three curry dishes and pick one. And so it goes on. They offer their Heritage menu (with meat, fish and poultry), Botany (which is vegetarian) or à la carte. So you will truly have every option to make this into a wonderful evening.
This allows you to experience something unique as you can build almost 1500 different combinations which makes it useless talking about any special dish. But this is Thai flavours. You can get a Tom Yum soup with river prawn or smoked duck soup. Charcoal grilled catfish or lacto-fermented pork. Tumeric curry with blue summer crab or flame-grilled waguy.

The food is very tasty and they dare to go big and bold. The food can come of as spicy or intense, depening on which dishes you pick. Be nosy, ask questions and be ready to go out on a limb and ask if anything on the menu has a funky taste. Some of the dishes are heavy on flavour. But it is joyful if you like food and also like to eat.
And what one needs to know.. this has really high VFM (Value for Money). 3900 THB for their Heritage menu (as of Aug 2026). This is a steal for what you get onto your table and into your little tummy.
